Frequently Asked Questions

Who is responsible if there are parking fees?

Each attendee is responsible for any parking fees.

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration fees include: seminar instruction and materials (unless otherwise specified). The following may be included: continental breakfast, coffee & lunch. See specific program details for included meals.

Can I register onsite?

Space is available on a first come basis. CHEP strongly encourages pre-registration by web, phone, mail, or fax.

Can I receive partial credit if I do not attend the full program?

Partial credit will not be given.

How do I receive my certificate?

Within 2-4 business days of the program, online evaluation instructions will be emailed to you. Once you have completed all evaluations you may print your certificate. Contact the CHEP office at (410) 642-1195 with any issues.

What happens if CHEP changes the location of a course?

If a location or room change occurs, all pre-registered participants will be notified by email in advance. Follow us on Twitter @CHEPhealthed and on Facebook for program updates.

What happens if CHEP cancels a class due to inclement weather?

In cases of extreme weather, when possible, an announcement will be made on Baltimore’s WBAL Radio station AM 1090. Cancellations will be posted at www.chepinc.org, on Facebook and Twitter by 12PM the night prior to the program.

What do I do if I am attending a CHEP course and have special needs?

Contact the CHEP office at 410-642-1195 at least 30 days prior to the program to discuss any special accommodations needed. Registration and full payment must be received at least 30 days in advance.

What payment methods are accepted by CHEP?

CHEP accepts checks (personal or business), credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, and Discover), purchase orders, money orders, and CHEP program vouchers.

If I am paying by check or money order to whom do I make the payment out to?

All checks and money orders should be made payable to CHEP.
