CHEP Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1990 and headquartered in Perry Point, Maryland, with additional locations in Washington D.C. and Charleston, South Carolina. Our mission is to empower homeless veterans, community members, and professionals to make positive and sustainable changes in their lives.
