The CHEP Outpost empowers Veterans and individuals in need by providing essential resources, support, and opportunities. Through strong community collaboration, we transform donated new and gently used items into pathways of hope. Our sustainable initiatives foster resilience, promote unity, and strengthen the fabric of our community.

Drop-off & Pickup policies

Drop-Off Policy

Drop-offs are accepted at the CHEP Outpost on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10AM-3PM starting April 21, 2025. Please read donation guidelines before donating items. For larger/bulkier items, you must contact us at outpost@chepinc.org before dropping off to ensure we can accommodate them.

Pickup Policy

Pickup services are available by appointment only on Mondays from 10AM-3PM starting on April 21, 2025. You may schedule an appointment via email.  Please review our pickup policy found on Page 1 of our donation guidelines. Note that items cannot be removed from your home by CHEP Outpost staff. Disregard to donation and pickup guidelines may result in a fee.
