By registering for this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following requirements:
Webinar Platform: This course will be delivered live through Microsoft Teams Webinar. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to a compatible device, reliable internet connection, working camera, and the ability to access Microsoft Teams prior to the start of the course.
Attendance Requirement: Participants must be present and actively participate for at least 90% of the course to be eligible to receive continuing education (CE) credit and a Certificate of Completion.
Camera & Participation Requirements: Camera requirements may vary depending on the instructor, course format, and/or applicable continuing education guidelines. Participants must follow all camera, participation, and engagement instructions communicated for the specific course. If cameras are required for all or a portion of the training, participants must comply with that requirement in order to receive CE credit and a Certificate of Completion.
Attendance Verification: Attendance and participation may be monitored throughout the course using Microsoft Teams attendance records and other participation verification methods. Simply logging into the Microsoft Teams Webinar does not guarantee CE credit or a Certificate of Completion.
Late Arrival/Early Departure: Participants who arrive late, leave early, or are absent for more than 10% of the course may not be eligible to receive CE credit or a Certificate of Completion.
Certificate Requirements: Certificates of Completion will only be issued to participants who meet all applicable attendance, participation, and course requirements and complete the required course evaluation.
No Refund Policy: All registrations are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for participant cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, technical difficulties on the participant's end, failure to meet attendance or participation requirements, failure to follow applicable camera requirements, or failure to complete the required evaluation. If CHEP cancels the course, registered participants will be notified and provided with information regarding available options.
